Significant changes in how the Club conducts business have led to the necessary revision of our Bylaws. In January, a Sub-Committee was given the task of drafting an update. Per the existing Bylaws, the proposed changes are now made available to the membership for review. The draft may be found on the Website, under the News/Events/Club Meeting Minutes drop-down menus.
The posted version was approved by the Board during the March 8, 2023, General Meeting. Changes are highlighted in yellow; most are intended to improve readability and flow, to update processes or to add information felt relevant, but not included in prior versions. Members are invited to provide input via email to the Club Secretary at: secretary@eldoradohillsbowmen.comno later than March 31, 2023.
A final, approving vote to accept the revision will take place at the next Club meeting, scheduled for April 12, 2023.
